Transparent Background on Toolbar Images

Can this be done? Because I know a lot of computers have different color settings so how do you make the background of a toolbar image transparent so it looks the same on all comps.

BTW I tried using PSP7 and inverting the image but it didn't work :mad: . The image I am trying to do is the new symbol (piece of paper).

I believe you need to use/set the MaskColor property of the ImageList.

Or you could use icons in the image list which are already partly transparent. :)
