PNG file

Can anyone tell me how I could
load a PNG file in Visual Basic?
I've tried an example from PSC but it
was too long, and for the program I want to
use it in, it just won't suit. Is there a shortish way?

Some alternatives would be: Use a webbrowser control. Purchase a third party control to load PNG. Upgrade to .net which can handle PNG files.
