Hide cursor over picture

I have a form with a picture called picStealthWasp,
and i want to hide the cursor when the mouse is over it.

How do i do that?

create a invisible cursor. Change the picturebox property Mousepointer to 99 userdefind and then load in the property MouseIcon your cursor.

How do i "load in the property MouseIcon your cursor"?

Cant i make it so that the icon/mousepointer is in the program?
Cuz if not, the file must be on my friends computer too..

the mouseicon will be added when you compile your App.
For the 1 question click in the textfield next to mouseicon then there occurs a button with 3 dots in it click of it and then browse for your cursor/icon.
