Exe Cannot Locate Help File !!!!

I have a help file Help.hlp
It works fine. I compiled the program which is now program.exe
Every thing still work fine till i change machine. Then the program cant locate the help file and i am getting error message "no help file attached"

Anyone know how to fix it ?

are you moving the help file on to the other machine as well or just the .exe?

when you compile a program the help file stays separate from the .exe, so if you move only the .exe to another machine the program wont find your help file.

I have some knowledge with RoboHelp.

I found that if I used the exe and the help file which was linked to the exe when it was compiled everything worked great. But as soon as I updated the help file the exe could no longer find it.

I found the fix. You have to include a class in your project.

If your problem is related, I'll be glad to walk you through what I did.

Thank you for your help. In fact i figured it out in a book that the help file is not really compiled as i was thinking. I have to distribute them togheter. So it working fine when i move both files to the other computer.
