Delete or Killing Files

I have some probelm in delete or killing this 2 folder files. anyone please advise me on this, I cannot delete or killing files in folder below

In Windows98
"C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\"

In WIndows2000
"C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Intenet Files\"

I cannot kill or delete this 2 folder files. anyone please help me on this, i need it urgently. If anyone know please also send to my email address. my email address is johntim@mailcity.com

Maybe you can't delete him because are windows protected... So i recommend check this samples.......

You can't kill the temp folders, the "Index.dat" file in the "Content.IE5" folder is a windows protected file (unless you drop out to a true DOS inviroment and that's outside of VB's power).

The best you can do is open "Index.dat" delete all the info out of it then save it. Then delete everything else except for the "Content.IE5" folder.
