Stdole2.tlb

I am using a program called SETUP SPECIALIST to create an installation setup program. I found out that my program needs STDOLE2.TLB when I ran VB's own setup program.

Do I need to register this STDOLE2.TLB? I need to know this because I have to tell SETUP SPECIALIST to setup certain files.

With INNO setup I also always include it.
