How to i make my program start up when windows starts up?

Add a shortcut to it in the StartUp folder... this folder is executed when Windows starts up. :)

I know that but How do i get my program to add a its shortcut there?

That's normally a function of the install package. I don't think that VB's Package & Deployment Wizard will do it, but any decent installer should be able to. Have a look at INNO Setup, for example.

INNO doesn't have that feature.
