How to change the icon of the .exe file?

I wanna ask a silly question. Does anybody know how to change the icon of the .exe file?

I am using the Package and Deployment Wizard.

The easiest way is to change it in the project properties, before you compile the app.

Hmmm, If the project lost? deleted?
You can use Resource Hacker. Search the net to get it.
With ResHacker, you can even change the icon with other format.
