Third Party DLL...I think?

I've created a 3 tier application and have successfully packaged the DLLs I created and used the P&DW to handle this. However, my app is integrated with another company's imaging program and I am using VB to call some of the methods and procedures from this company's TOOLKIT DLL that was made by this company for developers to use with VB.

The P&DW can't find dependency files for this DLL and when I have Packaged the app and installed it, It obviously doesn't find this DLL.

I have tried registering the dll with the RegSvr utility, but I get the error 'DWTKDLL was loaded but the DLLRegisterServer Entry Point was not found. DWTKDLL does not appear to be a .DLL or .OCX file.'

I know it is a .DLL I can see the darn thing.

Anyway, I've been able to edit the Environment Variables path to include the directory of the imaging software's application path and everything works fine...But I don't want to do this on every client machine.

Why won't this DLL register or P&DW find its dependencies?

Some one please help or point me to solutions, it's a real pain in the butt as to why I can't figure out how to automatically register this thing during the setup, but an even bigger pain in the butt if I have to go to every client machine and edit the Path variable.

Help!
