Weird Error

I get a weird error when i try to run a vb program by one of my friends
it installs on other peoples computer fine..
The error is: System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770). The specified module cannot be found.


any ideas?

It was packaged with a module and that wasn't found! Or some of the system files, because of the code... Something starting with "&H8" sounds like a colour...
