insert an avi file

does anyone know how to insert an avi file in a normal frame.
i.e there are no control buttons like play,stop.

I have tried using video clip and indows media player control but one shows buttons while the other shows the name of the avi below.

is it possible to display my avi only like a image in an image box???

Have you tried the Animation control?

You can get it from Microsoft Common Controls 2.0 or you can get a 3rd party copy from CCRP (see the links in the Tutors Corner section).
