Please Help! Missing Dependency Information

I wrote a small application using VB6 and Access 2000. I used Package and Deployment Wizard to make it installable on any PC.

When I install it
The error message is:

*** ERROR: The file 'C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\msftqws.pdw\$(DLLSelfRegisterEx)' could not be registered because it was not found.
*** ERROR: (User Responded with 'OK')
