Installing Wise for Windows Installation

Hi! I don't know where else to post this question, that's why I'm here.
I've just installed Wise for Windows Installer 5 Enterprise. Now I start WFWI5Enterprise, and he it wants me to complete the installation.
It tells me to choose the folder for project-files. No problem. Then it wants me to choose my database (I don't have any!!!). The only option I can choose is "Microsoft Access". I click next. he askes me to import sample files. It doesn't matter if I choose yoes or no. Then the Installation starts.

Preparing Installation...
Processing the share point databases...

Then an message window:
Could not load the setup or translator library
_____
| OK |

I press ok.
Database creation failed. Click back to adjust the settings and then try again.
I can try again, but the result is the same. I can't start the real program and make my installer :mad: !

Can anyone help me :( :confused: ?

Okay, after a long search I found the answer.
I had to install one of Microsoft's patches.
