Modem Connection

I'm getting my new phone line installed this afternoon with my new 'evenings and weekends' free internet calls package, but there's a catch - if you're online for more than one hour then they start charging you.

What I need is a program to intiate a dial-up connection, then start a timer. After one hour I need it to close the connection and start again. I can do all the timer stuff, but I don't know how to open or close a dial-up connection.

Please someone help me.
