ERROR 1904 failed to register

Hi Group,

I just received the following message from a user who can't install my program, any ideas. I compiled the program using Microsoft Installer and distribute as a msi file.

When I launch the installer, the following error appears:

"ERROR 1904. Module C.:\.....\xgif.ocx failed to register
HRESULT - 2147418113

After that, if I try to lauch sculptor3, this message appears:
Component XGIF.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

After that the program stop.
