comdlg32.ocx problem on other machines

Hello,
i have made a program on a win xp machine, the program is to be run on windows 2k pro. Whn loading the program, the COMDLG32.ocx file was not found so i installed the vb6 runtime environment, still not working, I did microsoft update for everything. The file is now not registered properly and so i was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem and if so... what do you do about it?

Im not used to fiddling with dll's and stuff so im not really sure what i am supposed to do about this.

You need to create proper installation package using something like the Package & Deployment Wizard addin. This will generate a setup program which will install and register everything your application needs on the target machine.
