Using HTML help files in VB program

Hi ppl,
Am curently doing final yr IT project for Uni. I am not much of a programmer so the others are doing that. I am doing the help files. Just wondering if any of you have any good links, resources etc. on doing this. The user is very computer illiterate and ease of use is a very high requirement.
