Overlapping forms in wrong focus

Anyone tell me what to do when my Form is in centre screen and you click on 'About' and the About form loads OK over the top of the first Form, but then after a couple of seconds any overlapping areas of the About form disappear behind the first Form.

Hmm.. It is being started from the system tray, and

..results in "Compile error - Method or data member not foiund"

Yes. I was trying that earlier but was getting similar messages but it is working a bit smoother now. Tray Icon isn't unloading sometimes - I had better keep working on it - Many thanks
