Newbie help needed!!! :'(

Hey all, I know this is goin to sound really stupid but there's a school project I have to do and I forget some code that I need for it. It's really simple too!

I have a few text boxes to submit information, but I need to make sure that some of these don't include numbers where it should only be letters, and then there are some where I should be getting only numbers and not letters. I basically just want it to come up when they click a submit button that there's been an error at x place and they need to fix it, whilst it stopping the actual submission.

Can anyone help?

Looking up InStr in the help, or searching for it on the forum would be a good start.
