Adding folders to Installation

I'm sure there is a perfectly simple answer to this and that I'm probably trying to make it all too complicated, but I'm stuck!

I have created an application which relies on having an Access database in a particular location, along with two folders which need to be in a particular place.

I know that I could get code to check for whether the folders exist, but is there a way to get the installation or deployment programme to create these folders? Also, how do I get the Access database to be created or copied from the installation CD to the target drive?

Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the suggestions.....I should have taken the advice given to so many other problems in this section and just downloaded the Inno programme in the first place!
With so many installations being cured by this software it's a wonder that Microsoft haven't started using the software themselves!

innosetup solves the folder problem, but it doesn't seem it was designed for VB projects in mind. How do add the VB dll etc.
At least with the MS package and deploy it figures all that out for you.
