Making a Complete .EXE

i wanna know if theres a way to make a complete .exe file of a project... by that i mean no set up program required, just copy paste , click the .exe file and the program runs.

no not with VB6. You always need to install the runtimes.
And you can't install the runtimes using a VB program because it needs runtimes to run :)

try C++ or something else
