Create an addin toolbar in access

I am currently designing a few useful bits of code that make some of our lives easier. Although i feel confident in writing code, i am very weak in packaging it. After scouring this and other forums i am still a bit confused on how to make a toolbar add in for say ACCESS. Do you have to build the code first and then allocate the buttons to it?, How do you make a toolbar appear in a another useres machine when using the add-in, does anyone know a good place to start learning this? Anyway help would be much appreaciated
