Is anyone aware of a set of controls (commercial or otherwise) that can be use to create a GUI for electrical networks apps. Something with widgets, nodes, and connectors.

Hmmm... Kinda sounds like this package that I saw years ago in DuPont.

Maybe Labware (http://www.labware.com)'s "LabStation"?

If not, I know that Bailey makes software that does Electrical diagrams (mostly DCS stuff though)
