Question A question about VB encryption

Hello friends i have a problem that i couldn't deal yet.
The problem is that;

I have got a encoded source. The Turkish programmer coded a Turkish character as "ş". And the decrypting program i use cant decode that stuff.

can anyone please tell me what is the vb encode of

Copyright® Nevşehirli

or

Copyright® Nevsehirli (s is also accepted so i can differentiate)

waiting reply please.

I'm confused...if you're able to encrypt the ş, then you should be able to decrypt it the same way...can't you just ask him how he encrypted that character and do the opposite to decrypt?

i cant because "ş" is not in the directory of my decoder. i would like to tell it more detailed;

i use the decoder;
http://www.greymagic.com/security/tools/decoder/

and the code i mentioned is;

u also can try it that, when i decode it after the word "ş" the decoder confuses and give some wrong stuff but i am sure that there consists the word "Copyright® Nevşehirli"
So if somebody could tell me the encode of "Copyright® Nevşehirli" or "Copyright® Nevsehirli" i can delete that code from the entire code therefore the problem.

I'm having difficulty understanding what you are asking. It may be due to language confusion (encryption and encoding are VERY different).

It looks like you're referring to the Microsoft Script Encoder (which does not encrypt anything). Try this decoder:
