Exclamation Sending file from com1 to com2


HI,

i wrote programe which save a file in some dirctoy and i want to send it from com1 to com2 so
Can some one pleas tell me how to do this in VB6

You had better clarify what you are doing. Have you got two computers linked by serial ports and trying to tranfer a file?

yes i wrote program and that program save a file in text format waht o want is to tranfer that file to another computer by serial port

Well, your question is still vague. Try searching for the MSComm control, which allows you to access your computer's serial port and do operations with it. This control comes with the Enterprise and professional versions of VB6. There are plenty of examples and code snippets in this place to get you started. Also checking this control in MSDN could lead you to the right direction.
