Default OOP with new idea.

How about a remix to the popular and great title of Ogre Battle with almost the same gameplay but more functionality such as guild systems, network play, multiplayer, more Tarot Cards, and more classes. I need some tutorials on how to program all these things using visual basic. Someone give me a heads up on where to start from or go. I know how to use some functions and have a basic understanding on how it goes meaning programming wise, but if someone can point in me a good direction. Please help me out.
