Default Conflicting names in program

Each time I boot my program I get this message:

"Conflicting names were found in 'C:\Program Files\DevStudio\VB\frmEd1Rule.frm'. The name 'frmEd1Rule' will be used."

It doesn't interfere with running the program, but I would like to fix whatever is causing it. Any suggestions?

Check the Project Explorer Tree whether you have forms with the same name.
Code:
+Forms
  Form1 (Form1.frm)
  Form2 (Form2.frm)
  Form3 (Form3.frm)

I have six forms on that tree, five of them well-behaved. I don't see anything different about the one that is generating the message.

Try opening the frm file in Notepad and check the Attribute VB_Name and the Begin VB.Form if they are the same i.e.
Code:
Attribute VB_Name = "frmEd1Rule"
Code:
Begin VB.Form frmEd1Rule
