Default using multiple screens in vb6

I am running VB6 on a W7 desktop with 2 monitors. The "primary" monitor where the apps are shown on the desktop is on the left and the secondary monitor where I can drag apps to is on the right.

I have vb6 program which opens several forms to collect data which is then processed in excel.
I would like to know how to force all forms to open on the lefthand screen and excel to always open (maximised) on the righthand screen.
When I have this solved I intend to make an exe to run the program. Is this all doable?
Thanks
