Always do a Google search first.
I copied your error and pasted direct in Google.
Guess what the first hit was.

It looks like your setup.lst file is corrupt. I assume it is a bug
related to one of the extra dependencies because the msftqws.pdw
is actually a temp directory used to unpack the .cab file, and is
deleted at the end of the install. Plus, there is no such thing as
DLLSelfRegisterEx.

Take a look at this thread...
http://www.xtremevbtalk.com/show...threadid=19656

Edit: Didn't realize there were two threads so I merged the unique posts and deleted the duplicate.

Change
...@MSCAL.OCX,...$(DLLSelfRegisterEx),$(Shared),...

to
...@MSCAL.OCX,...$(DLLSelfRegister),$(Shared),...

The reason why is here
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/236529

Try googling with "MSCAL.OCX DLLSelfRegisterEx"

I was stuck with the same problem by that simple edition fixed it.
