Sorry to have a late reply.
The 64 bit, does that mean a 64-bit office installatio or a 64 bit windows installation. What to do with a 32-bit office which is installed on a 64 bit windows?

When Access is included in the office package, this distributable is not necessary, isn't it? so only whenthe office is a home or business edition...

regarding, SQL,
to use it, must the user install a sql server package on his network? I assumed yes, therefore I choose to use an access database while I do not want to force all users to install something on their network...
