Why would you need to archive the database everyday in this situation? Could you not just keep adding new entries to the same database?

Because i need at the end of day to have the list with daily profit. Every day is a different list. but if i wrong in fulfilling list, i should be able to go back and correct the list

A more typical approach would be to store all the transactions in a single table and have a date / time stamp against each entry.

That way you could get the figures for a given day, week, month, range of days etc.
