E-learning is more common than ever but the courses offered online are mostly via read-only documents in PDF and Word format (from what I know). I'm trying to see if there are online courses that conduct lectures and discussion in a classroom setting via live stream or recorded video discussions?
My nephew's a visual and kinesthetic learner who's physically unable to attend college.
Depends on the specific courses you are looking for and if there is a credential requirement.
Regardless of whether or not the latter is required, I would still recommend digesting Khan Academy (or similar) content before stepping up to a paid venue.
My sons both take an online class (that isn't well covered by free content) from a private teacher where Fuze is used for collaboration. The older one receives high school credit for his effort. I'm fairly impressed... he has now stepped-up to lead his own online community (gaming-related, unfortunately, but good experience).
I got all the answers wrong on the GLAT, apparently even #9 (where I put a period in the middle of the box and labeled it 'singularity ripe for rapid inflation').
