1) I'm fighting with the BETA of my almost finished program (VB6 with DX8).
It happens that some user have a Error 13 (Type mismatch) when i call the D3DX.ComputeNormals function.

anyway, ONLY ON SOME MACHINE, the code i've "derived" from your sample give me an error.
The ComputeNormals fires a Err.number = 13...
