Default How do I change the Read/Write Attributes of an FTP File

How can I change the Read/Write attributes of an FTP File using the INET control. I have checked MSDN and it would seem that it does not offer an obvious way to do this. Is it possible and if so then where should I look?

I ask because I am currently FTP'ing a file up to an FTP server and have been asked to change the the read/write permissions on the file so that everyone can read and write to them. I can change them via WS FTPPRO but by default the permissions given are insufficient.

Please have a look at the control in my signature.
It supports CHMODing of files.
