Is it possible to write to an embeded resource at runtime?

I want to embed a text file in my application which I can then amend (and save over the embeded file) while my application is running. Is this possible?

No, you need to keep the files external if you want to update them.

You can add settings which can be anything and these can be edited at runtime.
