Default Case Sensitive Listbox?

I am trying to read in filenames that contain upper and lowercase letters. I need to split of the filenames at the upper case letters. Now when reading it with a filelistbox it converts those filenames to all lowercase. is there a way to read the files of a dir without changing the chars to lcase?

Maybe you can use the Dir function instead of the FileListBox to get the file names.
