Default Accessing inlineshapes within shapes - MS Word

Hi all,

In MS Word you can insert pictures as inlineshapes into a textbox shape. Does anyone know how to get at these inlineshapes?

I am thinking that a shape may have an inlineshapecollection similar to the text layer, perhaps within the textframe object.

Any help on this would be most appreciated.
