Synchronize databases sql and access

I have a sql server table named SQLTABLE and access table named ACCESSTABLE.
I use a jet con and vb6 to connect the 2 database.
SQLTABLE is updated from other apps each 15 mins.
ACCESSTABLE have the same number and structure fields of SQLTABLE
How to update/sincronyze the ACCESSTABLE from SQLTABLE
If is possile all in vb6.
