Rotate Image or Picture in vb6

In vb6 there is no way any command or rotate an image or picture box in a corner on his own want?
If so, how your children? Thanks for your help

There are a number of ways, but the simplest may be to use the SetWorldTransform API call with bitblt API call.
An example program is in this post (click here).
Drag the mouse around on the black or white picturebox.
