Question Powerpoint Drag and drop macro

Does anyone have, or have a place to find, the macro and perhaps instructions on how to create a drop and drag for an object. I found some tutorials for 2007 but I am using 2010, 64 bit on W7. The 2007 tutorial and macros do not seem to work. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Macros are not my strong suit, done a few simple ones in the past.
I have posted this elsewhere but with no luck yet
