Use the information in a cell (or textbox) from the spreadsheet in VBA

Hi,
I am a beginer. To simplify the problem:
I want to create a macro that copy and paste a range of cells (D1:D5). This range I want to be able to specify it by writing it in a cell (in the same sheet) or in a textbox.
I am not able to do it. Sorry if is too stupid :rolleyes:.
Can any body give me a hand.
