Is there a way to run a vb.net application from a network location rather than installing it on every single client?

I need this because if i need to make changes to the VB.NET application i will update the network location with the new application rather than installing it on every single client.

the "click once" deploy method has an option to create an updatable network install. After the user installs the package the program checks for new versions everytime it loads. If one is found it automatically upgrades itself.

Do some reading about click once.
