Default Distrobution

I am using VB6 and wrote a program that uses Inet and Winsock..I would like to distrobute my software..but do I put the Inet and winsock .dll's in the same directory as the file? I plan on putting the .exe on a computer that cannot get VB6 runtimes installed..Please help.

The important files are OCX files, not DLLs. And they can't be used if
you can't register them. If you can't install the vb runtimes, you for
sure won't be able to install these OCX files.
