Definitely!
0-9, a-z, A-Z, and a couple others, like +, ., or /, i don't know which two. That makes 64.
It's used all the time as the industry standard for transfar of data of any file format via an email attatchment.
Anybody have an answer about converting from binary to base64 and back? I have ASCII to base64 and the reverse figured out.
