Default IE Band Done, and Now?

Hi!
IE Bands are DLLs which I must register in windows for them to work, the only thing is that I dont know how to register them, you'll see, I made some searching and I found some examples but all are different...
Watch this...

One example:
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]
"{691AFBC1-3C46-406D-AD22-EB3A0F665FC1}"="Klemid's Sample Bar"

Other Example:
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions\{58C8F974-6F2B-471E-A0C8-10776537AB9E}]
"BandCLSID"="{2616531D-FA53-408B-87AA-2A874972B272}"
"ButtonText"="IE Webamp"
"CLSID"="{E0DD6CAB-2D10-11D2-8F1A-0000F87ABD16}"
"Icon"="C:\\My Documents\\gems.ico"

Where did those values came from?

Tnx!
