Default IE problems

I have serveral questions about internet explorer

1.IF i make a IE by using VB, can i run it without having internet explorer(original IE) on my computer?

2.I made a IE, it works fine, but when i click a link which needs popup window. It opens windows IE automatically.
Can i still use my own application to open popup windows?

3.When i set a proxy in "internet options...\connections\settings..", it also effects the one i made, is it easy to set a proxy only for the one i made?

Default Re: IE problems

The IE you made uses microsofts IE to do its work. Anything you do to the orginal IE will affect yours.
You cant run your IE without Microsofts IE for the above reason.
