vbform to interactive web form

Greetings:

Does someone know of a quick and dirty method to turn a vbform into a web page?

I have a multipage form that i would love to be able to offer as an input form on the web, without having to redraw it. I dont mind recoding it.. but the actual form creation was very very time consuming .. all those labels, input boxes, alignment etc.

(are you sick of me yet? I'm getting up the VB/EXCEL learning curve, but it is painful)

In Excel 2002, you can export Excel file into Interactive webform as html file.
