Talking Subclassing, Form ?

Do you know how to subclass/hook a form into a tooltip, i don't konw if i use the right word !!!

if you have a snippet, can i see it !!!

well i am trying to "build" my own custom tooltip, (like macromedia tooltips with arrow on the side !!)
