I have signed an agreement that gives ExVBF and EDN a new partner. iNET Interactive (http://www.inetinteractive.com) has acquired ownership of ExVBF and EDN as of today.

iNET operates a network of web hosting/web development related sites including Hotscripts.com, WebHostingTalk.com, dBforums.com, and OC-Forums.com. Collectively, iNET owns 6 popular discussion communities with over 250,000 registered members.
Gabriel Murphy of iNET Interactive will be available in this forum to answer any questions you have.

What will change:

Effective yesterday, iNET will takeover system administration, hosting and advertising sales. Gabriel will be responsible for technical issues going forward and Lenny Hihath (lenny.hihath@inetdirectories.com) for advertising issues. You might have seen a vast improvement in the speed of the forums- iNET is now hosting the forums off of a cluster of 5 webservers at RackSpace.

What will NOT change:

You guys will continue to be in charge. There will be no change in the rules, forum structure, or website design. However, Gabriel is very interested in hearing your input on what improvements you would like to see.

I will continue to be a moderator and stay very involved in both communities as well.

Thank you for the excellent job you have done on making ExVBF and EDN an invaluable community resource. I have really appreciated the opportunity to work with each of you, and look forward to working with you for years to come.
