Default VB - Color Theme Question

I just opened VB .NET 2003 for the first time, and the colors (specificially the light grays) are quite literally blinding. I was wondering if there were different color sets you could choose from to work on VB in or something.

Blinding?
As far as I know, it uses the same color settings that you use in Windows (like Word).
The other colors can probably be changed in Tools->Options->Environment->Fonts and Colors
Other than that, I guess you could adjust your monitor settings... (most programs use white as background since it is the most common text backcolor any way)
